Terms of Service
Last updated: January 2025
1. Agreement
By using NodeHub (the website at nodehub.id or the software), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use it.
2. What NodeHub Is
NodeHub is an API gateway that proxies requests to LLM providers. We provide caching and routing to reduce costs. We are not an LLM provider ourselves.
You are responsible for complying with the terms of service of whatever LLM providers you use through NodeHub (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, etc.).
3. Licensing
Community Edition
Licensed under AGPL v3. You can use, modify, and distribute it under the terms of that license. See the LICENSE file in the repository.
Full Edition
Proprietary license. You get a license to use it when you pay for it. You cannot redistribute it.
4. Acceptable Use
Don't use NodeHub to:
- Violate laws or the terms of LLM providers
- Generate illegal, harmful, or abusive content
- Attack or attempt to compromise our infrastructure
- Resell access without authorization
We can terminate your access if you violate these terms.
5. Payment Terms
Paid plans are billed monthly. You can cancel anytime. We offer a 14-day refund policy for new subscriptions.
Prices may change with 30 days notice. You'll be notified by email before any price increase.
6. No Warranty
NodeHub is provided "as is" without warranty. We don't guarantee uptime, accuracy, or that it will meet your specific needs.
For the SaaS version, we aim for 99.9% uptime but don't contractually guarantee it outside of enterprise agreements.
7. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms. Significant changes will be communicated via email or a notice on the website. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms.
