NodeHub ("we", "our", or "us") operates the nodehub.id website and the NodeHub API Gateway software. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information.

By using our services, you agree to the terms of this policy.

2. Deployment Models

NodeHub has two deployment options with different data handling:

Community Edition (Self-Hosted)

Runs on your infrastructure. We do not receive, store, or have access to any of your data—including API requests, responses, prompts, or cached content. Your data stays on your servers.

Full Edition (SaaS)

When using our hosted service, we process API requests on your behalf. Cached responses are stored to provide the caching feature. We do not use your data for training or share it with third parties.

3. Data We Collect

Website visitors:

Email address (if you sign up or contact us)
Basic analytics (page views, browser type, IP address)

SaaS users:

Account information (email, name)
API usage data (request counts, token usage, cache hit rates)
Cached responses (to provide the caching feature)

Self-hosted users:

Nothing. We have no access to self-hosted instances.

4. How We Use Your Data

Provide and maintain the service
Send service-related communications
Respond to support requests
Improve the product based on usage patterns

We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

5. Data Retention

Cached responses are retained according to your plan's analytics retention period (7, 90, or 365 days). You can delete your account and associated data at any time.
